Hello 9th grade students and parents!
We are excited to announce that we have a plan to swap your students’ old Chromebooks with new ones as soon as next week! We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.
We will have three days in which students may come to the school to pick up their new device. If these options are not available due to schedule conflicts or safety concerns, you may contact 112chromehelp@district112.org to schedule a separate appointment.
Dates and Times
- Wednesday, September 16 – Students should come to Chanhassen High School based on their Hybrid Learning assignment. We will have a socially distant setup in the commons area for you to drop off your old device and charger, then pick up your new device.
- Hybrid A: 9:00AM – 12:00 PM
- Hybrid B: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Monday and Friday, September 14 and 18 – students who are coming for our student picture make-up dates may also stop by for a Chromebook swap. These days are intended for those who cannot make our 9th grade swap date, Sep 16.
