Dance Team
Welcome to Chanhassen Dance Team!
We are a competitive dance team program that consists of skill levels teams B Squad, JV, and Varsity. Varsity and JV compete in both the jazz and high kick divisions through the Minnesota State High School League. Our B Squad compete in the jazz division only.
We will conduct tryouts the first few days of the season with evaluation of potential team members and roster placing returning athletes. Students must meet Eastern Carver County School District and Minnesota State High School League eligibility requirements.
Open House Date:
April 15 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Chanhassen High School (Aerobic Studio)
Due to the new MSHSL rule, we will no longer be holding tryouts in the spring. Instead, we will be offering summer training, technique classes, and strength/mobility conditioning. This is an incredible opportunity to:
- Get a feel for the Chanhassen Dance Team
- Experience our team culture
- Get to know other athletes and coaches
- See if this program is the right fit for you!
