Welcome to Chanhassen High School Boys Soccer!

We are a competitive Boys’ Soccer program consisting of Varsity, JV, and B-Squad teams. All student-athletes interested in participating in Boys Soccer must meet both Eastern Carver County Schools and Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) eligibility requirements and be registered with the Chanhassen High School Athletics Department.

Summer Clinics

Chanhassen Boy's Soccer offers free summer clinics for players entering grades 8-12. No registration necessary - just show up and play.

Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 pm: July 8, July 15, July 22 (Bandimere Field 3)

Fridays 5:30-7:00 pm: July 11, July 18, July 25 (Chaska Middle School East/West Dome Turf)

Captain's Practices

Captains practices are optional, but highly encouraged.

Tryouts

2025 TRYOUT SCHEDULE

Tryouts will be held on August 11th and 12th at Chanhassen High School stadium.

Please bring a payment of $55 to cover the cost of practice jerseys and game socks, this will be collected at Tryouts Check-In. Payment options include: cash or a check made out to: Chanhassen Booster Club with Boys Soccer in the memo line.

Game socks will be handed out to players as well as practice shirts. Shirts should be worn for both days of tryouts.

Times are as follows:

August 11

8:00-10:00 am (Grades 8-9)

6:00-8:00 pm (Grades 10-12)

August 12

8:00-10:00 am (All Grades)

6:00-8:00 pm (JV/Varsity)

Players must have a current sports physical on file with the athletics office to attend tryouts and practices. Physicals are good for three years.

You will also be notified after tryouts if you need to complete a baseline concussion test. Baseline concussion testing is required prior to participating in any games. Typically 9th and 11th graders are asked to complete this. Our athletic trainer, Sandy, will give the head coach a list of who needs to have this important testing done prior to the first game.

All student-athletes interested in participating in Boys’ Soccer must be completely registered with the Chanhassen High School Athletics Department prior to any participation.
