National Honor Society

National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. At Chanhassen High School, National Honor Society is an organization which provides services and assists our communities (local, state, and global) in a variety of ways. It is for juniors and seniors who have earned a 3.75 GPA or higher. Juniors and Seniors who are eligible will receive an invitation to apply to be a member of NHS. Students will then submit an application to become a member of NHS. Students who are selected will be inducted into National Honor Society at an Induction Ceremony in the fall.
