Update on Chanhassen HS power outage

The power at Chanhassen High School is running at this time. This may mean future cancellations or modified school days (late start or early release). If we cancel school or delay the start of the school day on Sept. 1, we will notify families by 7 a.m. We apologize for the disruption. We have staff working all day and overnight... read more

We’re looking forward to meeting all Freshmen students at the Link Crew’s Freshmen Orientation — on the first day of school – Monday, August 29.  The Link Crew is a group of juniors and seniors who remember what it  was like to be a 9th grader and they have volunteered to make that transition easier for you. You’ll start the school day at 8:10 with all of the other freshmen and with 100 awesome Link Crew leaders. We’ll welcome you to the school and have a blast taking part in large and small group activities designed to welcome you and your classmates to Chan High.  Dress comfortably as it’s an active day. When you arrive at school, put all your things in your locker, and report to the main gym by 8:10. The orientation activities wrap up around 11. After that, we’ll be kicking off the year with our all school welcome back assembly.  After the assembly, we have lunch and shorter class periods.  It’s a great way to start your high school experience. We can hardly wait... read more
